Lest We Forget

I'd like to take a minute of silence for all of the fallen soldiers. Today, November 11th, is Rememberance Day in Australia. This is a day where we pause and silently thank the people who have faught and died to allow us to be a free nation. It is a day where we can show our gratitude and respect to those that have given their lives for the lives of others. In Australia, we celebrate this day with Poppies. So, I give you all a Poppy flower in rememberance of those who have fallen in the protection of our nation.

**Quick writing update**

Yesterday was the first day of NaNoWriMo that I didn't write a single word. I had an extremely busy day and when I got home I just wanted to fall into bed. Even though I am over double the word count that I need to be at this point of the challenge, I still feel guilty for not writing yesterday. But, I will write again today.

  1. How nice that honoring our military veterans is something done worldwide. The poppies are beautiful.

Don't feel guilty about those words---I'm sure you've more than made up for it.
