Omnific Blog Hop

Hello to some of my favorite people in the world!!

If you're a returning/regular reader of my blog then "It's great to see you again!" and for those people who are new to my blog and may be coming from the Omnific Publishing bloghop then, "Welcome!"

I havent posted for a few weeks because I've been quite busy, let me catch you up on what's been happening. Last week I went to Sydney for the 'Abduction' red carpet premiere. That was a lot of fun. I met and had a photo with Taylor Lautner and he is just as nice in person as journalists make him out to be. Very polite and happy to talk to fans.

My writing of The Time Walker (new novel) had stalled for a while, but I'm back! I have chapter 5 all planned out and about 15 pages written. I'm taking 2 weeks leave from work at the end of this month and I'm going to lock myself away for several days and do nothing but write. Hopefully I get a huge chunk of the draft written.

Speaking of taking time off... I'm taking the vacation time for a reason. In 34 days, I will no longer be in my 20s. That's right folks, on October 5th I will be turning 30! *horror movie music and high pitched screams*
One of my good friends will be turning 30 the week before me so we are going to have a joint "Young at Heart" party with a jumping castle.

My publisher created a fantastic banner for my debut novel, please feel free to grab it and use it on your blogs, webpages etc. I have a slight world domination fantasy and would love for you to be my army!! Let's get the word about Pieces of Us out there!!

On a personal note... I'm currently in the market for a new car. I have found that there are SO many models out there and they are all very similar. It makes it hard to choose one, but I'm going to test drive a few this weekend and hopefully be behind the wheel of something new and shiny next week.

Until next time...

Hannah xx

  1. Ooh, good luck on that car hunting. I'm so jealous of that 2 weeks locked away writing! Sounds like heaven. Enjoy the rest of those 20s...the 30s seem to go by even quicker...

  2. Hi Hannah, I so love that you're going to have a bouncy castle at your 30th birthday party! Awesome. And that's a great idea to take some time off work to get some writing done. My writing is going quite slowly these days. Have a very happy birthday!

  3. Hi Hannah, it's nice to meet you! I'm enjoying taking part in the Author Blog Bounce. I'm the technologically challenged one who put Author Blog Bounce as my name. :)
